And yet again my shellac nails look absolutely amazing. Every member of staff was full of festive cheer and I was made to feel so welcome. Will definitely be returning again and again. Love my beautiful nails and the awesome staff. Merry Christmas to you all x x x
Arrived today to get my daughters nails done, a Xmas present she was looking forward to. I arrived and was greeted with who are you I was then told I was 30 mins late again in a rude tone. I explained I was certain I had the right time as I had written down, could they not have called. I was told they didnt have my number and in any case they are far too busy to do this!! No compromise was offered ie try and ask the next appointment if they minded coming 20 mins later or could they just do the extensions without polish. I was then told I would lose my deposit I had put down previously for the pleasure!!So wont be going back if this is how they treat the customers. Thankfully Vicky from Vickys beautique churm fitted her in, they look fab and 10 cheaper!!
Went for an eyebrow tint. The owner got brown hair dye in my blonde hair. Went back to politely inform them. Said they would fix it. After a bit of reminding they eventually got fixed at a hairdressers. The owner then said she would do it for free next time. When I asked about it later, I was met with hostility by the person operating the company messages so I said I'd go in to the salon as they said the owner was fully booked that day. Went in and the staff there said the owner was out on lunch and she didn't know when she'd be back. Suspicious that she in fact wasn't booked up all day if she could come and go so freely. I left my number for her to call me. Never, got in contact. Incredibly rude behavior to just ignore someone after you had offered in the first place. Won't be recommending this salon or returning.

Absolutely amazing experience here! First time at Tantalize and very happy with my nails to say the least!! Trudy took lots of time to make sure my nails were perfect and just what I wanted! I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend!
