Very unpleasant staff. Took a parcel to be returned via this UPS Access Point. Before I even managed to get through the door I was greeted quite abrutely with - Why have you brought it in today (Saturday), they don't collect until Monday, can't you bring it back Monday. I was a bit stunned with how I was greeted, needless to say I didn't leave my parcel.
