Dr Thomas worst doctor iv ever met i waited 50 mins to see her for my son for her to say i dont know was in there no more then 2 mins disgusting i wont be going back time to move docs!
Always found the staff, regardless of whether admin or medical, very friendly, helpful and above all very professional.
Best in the area. Having moved from Hertfordshire to Telford. Finding out that there is only 2 main surgeries was a bit of shock. the other surgery is a super surgery and see you as a number. Since joining this surgery, Dr Mcdonald and the team have been awesome to me, my wife and my baby. Keep up the good work & thank you
A lady named Anne went out of her way to help me get some advice from the doctor even though there were no appointments available because I was very unwell and there are no longer any walk-in centres in Telford. I understand the staff are under a lot of pressure so I very much appreciated this.
The worst doctor's I have ever been to took them 8 years to diganose my lump in my next which has turnt out to be more serious then what i and that thought. Instead that fobbed me off saying u had a sore thraot because I had tonsillitis .wrong. that wasn't the case. Thay said repeatley that it was just me worrying but clearly it wasn't! I was 5minutes late for my appointment the other day I even rang in to explain I wasn't to well and would be 5mins that said it was fine.but when I got there that turned me away.thay have very rude and nasty receptionists. Very misrable. Unprofessional. And clearly not very professional doctors ethier!...not to mention that have done this to other people mis diagnosing rude behavoiur.. And I will be making formal complains to the big bosses. Avoid this doctor's at all costs!!
