A bit like the Black Country living museum in Dudley only bigger and better. When you get in the park there's a bank where you can change today's money into the old money and spend it anywhere in the park and in Summer time there's an old fashioned fun fair. I love coming here, i come at least twice a year

Fantastic place to go for both children and adults alike. Everyone can learn something and have a fun day doing it. Really throw yourself into the experience to get the most enjoyment from it. The people who work here are fantastic; all dressed up in period clothes as they go about their lives as they would have done "back in the day".

Love this place! It's amazing what has been brought here as well as the original history. Staff are so welcoming and easy to talk with. Policeman and baker on previous visit were memorable and lift operator this one. Disappointed not to get the lovely baked rolls and teacakes (seasonal operation) as they were soooooo nice when we came in May.

Brilliant place to visit. Not really suitable for people with mobility problems.A village that takes you back in time to the Victorian era. Quaint cottages. The school is great. It has a headmaster (complete with costume and cane,!) who puts you through your paces. Great fun.Visited a cafe on the site. The cup of tea was fine but the jacket potato my friend had left a lot to be desired.

Excellent day out, great facility, wonderful step back in time, lots of fun and free to do activities once inside. Door charge a bit steep ... but if you factor in that you can spend a whole day there then it is actually money well spent. Many wonderful activities to take part in, makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Food inside very reasonably charged. Plenty of toilet facilities. Clean, charming and very welcoming. Lovely knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend this museum and family day out.
