Went to sort a couple of issues and got welcomed by a bunch of patronising full of excuses women, made to feel really unwelcome and as if my issues didn't matter, and then they wonder why you get frustrated No help whatsoever ...
:( Shame on Waltham Forest council for sending us here .... worst service ever do not recommend i called the office and i got nothing but attitude, i pay rent i am not living here for free... house water is cold and radiator was leaking managed to get the radiator in 3 weeks and the water is still cold.. few people in the office are snotty and have no idea how to speak in a professional manner, bunch of young female amatures.they do not care about your problems rather try prove a point who is right and who is wrong
Nice place but u have to keep top u the gas on the gas meter all the time Area close to doctors and things like that nice walk into town as I have nice lakes in the park as well dont like the place u were you are based its not nice to look at and the other thing is you didnt give us a key for the gas meter
