Very friendly and helpful. I lost a screw in one pair of glasses and nose piece on my spare pair, both were repaired straight away whilst I waited, no fuss, just prompt and efficient service. They also have a great range of quality glasses on offer, including sun glasses and designer glasses at very reasonable prices for all the family. I will be going there again when I need a new pair of glasses.
